as the &#8220;Breather Day&#8221; of the Kashmir Great Lakes trek. After the initial challenging hike from Gadsar to the Megandob campsite at 11,970 feet, this day offers a much-needed break. After the initial steep hike, the remainder of the journey is comparatively easier, making it the shortest hike of the trek.
